Avery got some good shots the other day... Things are going well with the introduction of Ella to Hazel and Trouble...but this is what she first thought of them... Yeah. I'm am not a happy cat... these little guys are scary.. We have officially decided that she is scared to death of them. The first time they got near her she curled up in the fetal position was hard as a rock and in a constant hiss mode... Pretty funny the 10lb. cat is afraid of the 1 lb. kittens..

We adopted kitties! The black one is Trouble... he's our boy... The stripey one is hazel.. she's our girl! Now we have yours, mine and ours... :)

Uncle Joe and Aunt Brenda

We needed the family shot as well to bring home to mom. My uncle Joe had surgery on his foot, meanwhile my mom was at home recovering from surgery on August 1st on her hip. So, needless to say we have spent a lot of time in hospitals in the past 10 days. We arrived home only to have to bring Ella the cat into the vet because she had a puncture wound that because infected while we were gone. I am hoping we are done with hospitals for now!

For those of you who don't kow Eric's dad, David, had a massive heart attack Saturday, July 26th. He is alive and with us today because of these wonderful EMT's. We were all able to go and thank them exactly one week later. They were a wonderful group of people and with the help of the amazing CPR job that Chris did prior to their arrival we were all able to celebrate life.
